Anyone who attended the first Hamburg Harley Days in 2003 would never forget that weekend. The occasion was the 100th birthday of the American brand, and we can tell you right now, the Reeperbahn was on fire. The event was wild and loud.
Harley Days have been an integral part of Hamburg's event calendar ever since, and are getting bigger and bigger. Most recently, 400,000 visitors and 50,000 motorcyclists came to the city, where a parade over the Köhlbrand Bridge and through the outskirts of Hamburg attracted around 8,000 riders. This made Harley Days Hamburg one of the largest Harley rallies in the world.
Today, the event has spread throughout the whole city. The main venue of the event is the big market of Hamburg, where the Harley-Village is set up, offering motorcycle enthusiasts programmes that surely make their hearts beat faster. There are booths, stages, bars, and of course, lots of Harley-Davidsons! Another highlight of the Harley Days takes place along Mönckebergstraße in the heart of Hamburg, where visitors can test the bikes. The brand's most special vehicles are also exhibited at the show and prizes are awarded in various categories.
Programmes like this will be on offer at the Puskás Ferenc Arena on 22-25 June 2023 for Harley-Davidson's 120th birthday celebrations as well, where 20,000 motorcyclists from the whole world are expected for the event and 50 bands will entertain the crowds.
