At the press conference, the participants were greeted by Dr. Anett Bősz, Deputy Mayor for Human Services. She said that one of the most beautiful things in life was to have a hobby that you live and die for, and what created lasting memories in your life, even if you experienced difficulties at work, in the family or just in the storms of fate.

"It's even better when the hobby gives us a community, a second family, and an opportunity that makes several parts of the world familiar to us. All these things are granted to the Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiasts," said Dr. Anett Bősz. "It’s a common thought among runners that there is a place in our lives for running away from somewhere and also for running into a new, renewed life. The journey is the same no matter how we make it with, the question is what it holds for us. We must start, and we must arrive. And the journey is indeed in many cases more important than the destination. Nevertheless, I am honoured to welcome you to Budapest, I am proud that you have chosen our beloved city as your final destination this time. I hope you have gained experiences on your journey and here in the capital that you will never forget."

Balázs Szalay, managing director of the organizing Sportmarketing Agency added that the organizers had a very good relationship not only with the municipality of the capital, but also of the district, and in the cooperation arrangements the organizers would plant trees on Hungária Boulevard and Gvadányi Street, together with the Budapest Chapter. The cooperation with the district also covers that the residents living on the Puskás Arena side of Stefánia Street will be able to visit the event free of charge.

"It's a great honour and also a huge responsibility for Budapest to host the Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary European Festival, with tens of thousands of people expected to visit the Puskás Arena Park every day. The tickets are selling fast, which promises fantastic atmosphere during the whole event” said Balázs Szalay. "We, the organizers, are trying to make some contribution, in addition to the concerts, motorcycle shows and exhibitions, we are also offering programmes that will provide entertainment for all members of the family: such as the family park free of charge, the MotoKidz’ race for the little ones, and the adrenaline park, where the catapult or bungee jumping will be a real test of courage. Hungarian fashion models will present Harley-Davidson's new clothing collection to the choreography of Enikő Sütő, and there will also be an arm wrestling and an international strongman competition in the park. Young people aged between ten and eighteen will compete in the World Rock Guitar Championships, with Károly Frenreisz as jury president and other renowned Hungarian guitarists on the jury. We will also make sure that the natural treasures and beautiful landscapes of our country are not hidden from the motorcyclists: we will organise ten different tours, which can be done alone or in a group, or even as a guided tour, and will showcase the most beautiful landscapes of our country, making the participants want to come back to Hungary."
